Founder and HR Consultant

Hi! I’m Cliff and have been in HR since I was 17. I didn’t choose to be in HR as a career, in fact I was more interested in Technology at the time as computers were just becoming a thing. I wasn’t sure what HR was being young and naive, although back in those days it was called “Personnel”.
I accidentally fell into HR whilst on work placement at a business, via a youth training scheme.

The rest is as you say history, I’ve remained in the professional where I have developed my career and never stopped learning, I love what I do.
